SmartValue delivers maximum value for the right fee. The company’s flat fee structure is simple. It's based solely on assets under management. (SmartValue does not make commissions on transactions.) This transparent fee structure effectively aligns our incentives with our clients.

Assets Under Management: Annual Fee (%):     under $1,000,000 1.50%     $1,000,000 - $4,999,999 1.25%     $5,000,000 and up 1.00%

SmartValue is a fee-based investment manager. Our management fee is a sliding-scale percentage that is inversely based on the size of your managed account. SmartValue collects this fee quarterly in arrears. Clients will be invoiced in arrears at the end of each calendar quarter based upon the market value of the client's account at the end of the previous quarter.
